All home projects, from new construction to repairs to home improvements require
research and the proper tools to get the job done. If this all new to you,
I would love to give you a hand. I have been doing this for over 35 years,
as a self employed Residential Contractor, a self employed
Shell Contractor and as a superintendent for some
large residential construction companies.

  My intent is to provide some resources necessary for
you to get your projects done efficiently, and correctly.

     You can get US Housing Information here from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development. They offer some good information and links to State Offices that can be of help to you.

  A Great article site is the Florida Home Build site.  I DO live in Florida, but the "How To"
articles are a great reference where ever you are.
